Steps for Perfume Manufacturing, Filling and Packaging
Perfume production, canning and packaging steps

Preparation:
Fully mix the calculated essence and solvent.

Aging:
Formulate and carry out the aging process according to the characteristics of the essence.

Filtration:
Filter the aged perfume to remove any impurities or particles.

Stability Test:
Conduct stability tests to ensure the fragrance and quality remain unchanged over time.

Filling Preparation:
Clean and disinfect perfume bottles and other components.

Batch Production:
Fill the stabilized and aged perfume into the prepared perfume bottles.

Sealing:
Seal the bottles with a nozzle, locking or screwing the lid, pressing on the middle sleeve, and covering with the cap.

Labeling:
Attach labels to the bottles, ensuring they are aligned and firmly adhered.

Quality Control:
Perform final quality inspections on the filled and labeled bottles to ensure consistency and the absence of defects.

Packaging:
Pack the bottles into individual boxes, then place these boxes into larger cardboard boxes for secondary packaging. Stack the cardboard boxes on pallets for transportation and store them in a temperature-controlled warehouse until ready for shipment.
